Located above the Sport 2000 shop, just steps from the ski slopes, ski lifts, shops and activities, the apartment allows you to make the most of the resort without needing to use your car during your stay.

With its generous space and large, welcoming living area, the apartment is particularly well suited to group stays.

It includes:

• a spacious living room with lounge and dining area;
• a fully equipped kitchen;
• 4 sleeping areas;
• 2 shower rooms;
• 2 toilets;
• a wide range of amenities to make stays with family or friends as comfortable as possible.

With space for up to 12 guests and a practical layout, the apartment offers plenty of room to spend time together while still enjoying a comfortable stay.

⛷️ In the heart of La Norma

The apartment enjoys a prime location in the heart of the resort. The ski slopes, lifts, shops, restaurants, ski hire, ESF ski school and main activities are all within easy walking distance.

La Norma is a fully pedestrian resort: once your vehicle is parked, most of your stay can be enjoyed entirely on foot.

🏔️ Summer and winter

In winter, enjoy the ski area and the many mountain activities available directly from the resort.

In summer, La Norma is also an excellent starting point for exploring Haute Maurienne Vanoise, with hiking, outdoor activities, local heritage, mountain villages and spectacular natural landscapes.

🚗🚆 Easy access

La Norma is conveniently located and easy to reach:

• Modane railway station: approximately 5 km;
• A43 motorway – Exit No. 30 Modane / Haute Maurienne: approximately 5 km;
• direct seasonal bus connections from Modane railway station to La Norma;
• approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Modane to the resort.

In winter, the S51 bus line connects Modane railway station directly with La Norma, with a seasonal connection also available in summer.

Several car parks are available at the entrance to the resort, including a large free underground car park. Once parked, you can enjoy La Norma entirely on foot.

ℹ️ Good to know

Opening times for shops, restaurants and activities vary depending on the season and the resort’s operating periods.

End-of-stay cleaning can be booked as an optional service.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked before your arrival.

A €350 security deposit is required before arrival in accordance with the booking conditions.
