Warm, welcoming and functional, it is an ideal base for a holiday with family or friends in the heart of the pedestrian resort of La Norma.

The apartment features a pleasant living area with a dining space and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a quiet balcony where you can enjoy the mountain surroundings.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• a cosy bedroom;
• a mountain sleeping area with 4 additional beds.

The layout allows up to 6 guests to stay comfortably while maintaining separate and functional living and sleeping areas.

⛷️ In the heart of La Norma

Le Cocon enjoys a convenient location just a few minutes’ walk from the ski slopes, ski lifts, shops, restaurants and the resort’s main activities.

La Norma is a pedestrian resort: once you have parked your vehicle, most of your stay can be enjoyed entirely on foot.

🏔️ Summer and winter

In winter, enjoy the ski area and the many mountain activities available throughout the resort.

In summer, La Norma is an excellent starting point for exploring Haute Maurienne Vanoise, with hiking, outdoor activities, local heritage, mountain villages and spectacular natural landscapes.

🚗🚆 Easy access

La Norma is easily accessible from Modane:

• Modane railway station: approximately 5 km;
• A43 motorway – Exit No. 30 Modane / Haute Maurienne: approximately 5 km;
• direct seasonal bus connections from Modane railway station to La Norma;
• approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Modane to the resort.

Several free car parks are available in the resort, including a covered car park. The apartment is then accessible on foot.

ℹ️ Good to know

Opening times for shops, restaurants and activities vary depending on the season and the resort’s operating periods.

End-of-stay cleaning can be booked as an optional service.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be booked before your arrival.

A €350 security deposit is required before arrival in accordance with the booking conditions.
